HID Lamp stands for High Intensity Discharge Lamp. HID lamp is a gas discharging light lamp.
Unlike the existing halogen lamps, an HID Lamp discharges xenon gas and metal halide salts at high voltages of 23000V in order to generate the light.
Its intensity is three times greater than a halogen lamp and its lifetime is five times longer than a halogen lamp.
In addition, there is no need to replace a light bulb caused by a damage in the filament which is the most severe disadvantages of a halogen lamp.
The power consumption is only 35 watts so it is highly efficient and stable with the low fuel consumption for your car.
